Mr. Veasna serves as Managing Partner and is a cornerstone of our management team. With over 20 years of extensive expertise in audit, accounting, taxation, and consulting, he is recognized as a leader in his field. His strong analytical skills and visionary mindset allow him to provide strategic direction that consistently enhances our clients’ financial performance and operational efficiency. Mr. Veasna’s ability to navigate complex business environments and deliver effective solutions reflects both his deep industry knowledge and his adaptability in a constantly evolving landscape.
Ms. Maria Isabelita DEM & CPA (KH)
Audit Partner
Ms. Maria is a CPA from Philippines. She has been practicing the corporate and commercial business in Cambodia, Philippines, and Dubai for more than 20 years and she specialized in business, foreign investment, M&A, accounting & finance, audit, and education. Before joining APV, he worked for two large the large multinational companies for 18 years. Ms. Maria attended the University of the Philippines where she studied Master in Education and Ateneo de Zamboanga University where she studied Bachelor of Science in Commerce.

Ms. Navy serves as our Partner and Chief Financial Officer and is a cornerstone of the leadership team. With more than 20 years of experience across audit, accounting, taxation, and consulting, she is widely recognized as a leader in her field. Her sharp analytical skills and forward-looking mindset enable her to set strategy that consistently elevates clients’ financial performance and operational efficiency. Mr. Keaheang Lim MBA
Audit Director
Mr. Keaheang Lim is an Audit Director with over 20 years of experience in audit, tax, accounting, and consulting. He has held senior audit positions with several leading audit firms in Cambodia. Keaheang earned his MBA in Accounting in the United States and holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the National University of Management.
Ms. Sonida Tha, MBA ASA (CPA Australia)
Senior Audit Manager
Ms. Sonida Tha is a Senior Audit Manager with approximately 12 years of experience in audit, tax, accounting, and consulting. Throughout her career, she has assisted over 200 clients, consistently delivering high-quality advisory and assurance services to businesses in the manufacturing, education, services, construction, and agriculture sectors. Ms. Sonida earned her MBA in Accounting in the United States and holds a BBA in Accounting from Cambodia.
Ms. Rangsey Hem MBA
Audit Manager
Ransey is an audit manager with over 10 years of experience in audit and assurance. She provides professional assurance services to a wide range of clients across various sectors, including freight and logistics, donor-funded projects, trading, and manufacturing. Ransey holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from accredited universities.
