The Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) was established in 2003, pursuant to the ‘Law on Corporate Accounts, their Audit, and Accounting Profession’, dated 2002. The Institute was established with a view to provide a national professional body to represent its members, to participate in promoting and defending the statute and interests of the profession.
